Our story

We started because too much software gets delivered and abandoned.

Most technology projects in the region fail the same way. A vendor delivers something that demos well, invoices, and leaves. Six months later the business has a system nobody can run, extend, or trust with real data.

Problem X was built to work the other way round. We advise before we build, architect around the people who will actually use the system, and stay accountable once it is live. Today we work across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt — building Arabic-first products and deploying either to the cloud or into our clients' own facilities.
